How It Works

  1. Refer a friend to our clinic.

  2. Once your friend books their first appointment with:

    • Stella (TCM & Acupuncture)

    • Catherine (Registered Massage Therapist - RMT & Lactation Consultant)

    • Jennifer (Physiotherapy or Clinical Pilates)
      ...you’ll receive a $50 credit to use on any service with these practitioners!

Referral Program Terms & Conditions
Thank you for participating in our referral program at AcuElements Wellness! Below are the terms and conditions to ensure clarity and fairness for everyone.
  1. Insurance Exclusion: The $50 credit cannot be billed under insurance.
  2. Booking Requirement: The referred person must mention your name at the time of booking for you to qualify for the referral credit.
  3. Credit Usage: The credit can only be applied to the remaining balance of a service and cannot be used in conjunction with insurance claims.
  4. Transferability: Credits can be transferred to a family member if you choose not to use them yourself.
  5. Validity Period: Referral credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  6. New Clients Only: The referred person must be a first-time client who has never visited the clinic before.
  7. No Cash Redemption: Credits cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with other promotional offers.
  8. One Credit Per Referral: You can earn one $50 credit per referred client, but there is no limit to how many people you can refer.
  9. Eligible Practitioners Only: Referral credits are applicable only for services provided by Stella, Catherine, or Jennifer.
  10. Appointment Completion Requirement: The referred client must attend their scheduled appointment for the referral credit to be issued. No-shows or cancellations will not qualify.
  11. Program Modifications: AcuElements Wellness reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Unused credits will remain valid under the terms at the time of issuance.
  12. Non-Transferable Services: Referral credits cannot be applied to products, packages, or services not provided by the eligible practitioners listed above.
  13. Disqualification: Fraudulent referrals, such as self-referrals or referring the same individual multiple times, will result in disqualification from the program.
  14. Legal Compliance: The referral program complies with all local laws and regulations. Participants are responsible for any tax implications resulting from their referral credits, if applicable.
